Delicious drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Makes a perfect dressing for leafy green, potato, pasta and rice salads.     Coat the bottom of a baking dish with some of the butter, arrange the pineapple slices and bake at 450 for about 15-20 minutes.     Season chicken with thyme, salt and pepper on both sides. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to preheated pan and cook 7-8 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through.     Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

    Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil. Coat a small saucepan with oil. Over medium heat, cook and stir garlic until soft, about 3 minutes. Mix in white wine balsamic, mustard and salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered for about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Arrange salmon on baking sheet. Brush fillets with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in preheated oven 10-14 minutes until fish flakes with fork. Brush fillets with remaining glaze.
