Balsamic Glazed Salmon Fillets 6 salmon fillets
4 cloves garlic
2 t. olive oil
1 T. white wine
1 t. honey
1/3 cup Traditional Balsamic
4 t. Dijon mustard salt and pepper to taste
1 t. chopped fresh oregano

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with oil. Over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until soft. Mix in white wine, honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered for about 3 minutes until slightly thickened. Arrange salmon fillets on foil lined baking sheet. Brush fillets with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in oven 10-14 minutes. Brush fillets with remaining glaze and season. Transfer fillets to platter, leaving the skin behind.
