1. Availabilty

On line items are not available in all stores, so call your local store first or order on line.

2. Payment Policy

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Amex.

3. Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

4. Shipping & Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order you can return your purchase for full refund on non-food items. Food items can be exchanged in store if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the date it shipped.
  • The item is returned in its original, intact packaging.
  • The item is returned in full and undamaged condition.

 

Product must be returned to:
The Olive Mill™ Store from which it was purchased.

5. Refunds

A refund/exchange of the purchase price, excluding the shipping fee will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the condition in which it was shipped. If your purchase is damaged in shipment, The Olive Mill will file the claim.

6. Shipping Turnaround

All orders will ship within 48 hours Monday thru Friday 8am-3pm.

7. Carrier

Federal Express (FedEx) will be used for all shipments.

8. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are estimated based on the weight (rounded up to the nearest pound) and destination of your order. You will be shown the shipping charge prior to the final checkout page. Shipping charges are not refundable. We ship to destinations in the continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc., are not included. Terms and conditions apply.
