Strawberry Balsamic Salad
¼ cup OLIVE MILL Honey Balsamic
1 ½ t. Dijon mustard
2 small cloves garlic, peeled
Salt and pepper
½ cup OLIVE MILL Olive oil, such as Picual
1 head red lettuce leaves, rinsed, dried and torn
½ small red onion, chopped
¼ cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
1 pint fresh strawberries, rinsed and sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
For dressing, place balsamic, mustard, garlic salt and pepper in mini food processor. Blend. Slowly add oil and blend. Refrigerate until needed. Mix lettuce, onion, almonds, strawberries and cheese. Serve with dressing.
