Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad

½ cup walnut halves
¼ cup sugar
3 cups mixed greens
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 T. OLIVE MILL Raspberry Balsamic
2 T. OLIVE MILL Olive oil, such as Organic

Place walnuts and sugar in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.  Remove from skillet and spread out on a sheet of foil to cool.  Place in a large bowl the greens, cranberries, cheese, balsamic and oil.  Toss gently; add walnuts and toss again.
