Description

This light and delicate Champagne Vinegar is made with Chardonnay grapes used in California wine. Mix with oil to dress tender greens and fruit salads. Tasty in a blue cheese vinaigrette recipe or in potato salad. Pairs well with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Nut/Seed Oils and most of our flavored oils, especially Basil and Rosemary oil.
