Green Apple Spinach Salad
1 package (9 oz.) baby spinach, torn
2 medium tart green apples, chopped
¼ c. golden raisins
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. OLIVE MILL Champagne vinegar
¼ c. OLIVE MILL olive oil
¼ t. garlic salt
¼ t. celery salt
½ c. chopped cashews
In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, apples and raising. In a small bowl, whisk the sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic salt and celery salt. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cashews.
