Martha Stewart’s Blue Cheese Dressing

1 T. Dijon mustard
¼ c. crumbled blue cheese
3 T. OLIVE MILL Champagne Vinegar
½ c. OLIVE MILL Picual olive oil
Ground pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients until well mixed and serve.
