Spicy Blueberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin

1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin (trimmed)
1 teaspoon each: black pepper, salt, garlic powder and smoked paprika
1 T. THE OLIVE MILL CHIPOTLE OLIVE OIL
Mix above ingredients and rub on all surfaces of pork. Pre-heat oven to 375.
Heat iron skillet on medium, lightly coat with oil and brown pork on all sides. Transfer pork to baking pan and roast 15-20 minutes, turning once. While pork is roasting, make glaze in the iron skillet with the following ingredients:
2 T. CHIPOTLE OIL
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (optional)
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ c. THE OLIVE MILL BLUEBERRY BALSAMIC
Cook on medium heat until glaze slightly thickens. Remove pork from oven and let rest a few minutes, slice and top with glaze.
