Smoked Hickory Balsamic Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

4 large portobello mushrooms
¼ CUP THE OLIVE MILL HICKORY BALSAMIC
1 TABLESPOON THE OLIVE MILL ROSEMARY OIL
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ t. black pepper
1/8 t. cayenne pepper

In a shallow baking dish, whisk together the balsamic, oil, soy sauce, rosemary, garlic powder, black pepper and cayenne. Taste and adjust seasonings if you like. Add the mushrooms and turn to coat. Let sit for 5 to 20 minutes on one side, then flip and let sit 5 to 20 additional minutes. While mushrooms marinate, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Remove the mushrooms from the bowl, shaking off any excess marinade. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until caramelized and deep golden brown. Brush the remaining marinade over the mushrooms several times as they cook.
