Wild Green Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette
¼ cup OLIVE Mill Pomegranate Balsamic
¼ cup OLIVE Mill olive oil, such as organic
¼ cup orange juice
½ t. lemon zest
¾ cup toasted walnut halves
8 oz. mixed greens
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Salt and pepper
Whisk together first four ingredients for vinaigrette. Mix greens, walnuts, blue cheese and salt and pepper in a salad bowl, and dress with vinaigrette.
