Tomato, Cucumber, Onion Salad
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced fresh tomato
½ cup OLIVE MILL Onion Oil
½ cup OLIVE MILL Red Wine Vinegar
¼ cup diced red onion
1 t. ea. Salt and pepper
Toss cucumber, tomato, oil, vinegar and seasonings together in a large bowl. Refrigerate until slightly chilled 10-15 minutes.
