Ruby Raspberry Slaw

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups each shredded red cabbage and shredded green cabbage and 1 cup shredded carrots.  Whisk ¼ cup OLIVE MILL Raspberry Balsamic, 3 T. mayonnaise and ¼ t. pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.  Top with ½ cup fresh raspberries before serving.
