    Dice 1 cup onions, 1 cup celery & 1 cup sweet bell pepper. Sauté in OLIVE MILL Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add garlic, oregano & black pepper to taste. Chop 1/3 lb. salami, 1/3 lb. ham & 1/3 lb. mortadella or pre-cooked sausage & add to mixture. Cook 3-5 minutes on medium heat. Add 6-8 Tbsp. of Boscoli Italian Olive Salad. Mix well.
