Pomegranate Vinaigrette
¼ c. OLIVE MILL Pomegranate Balsamic
¼ c. shallots, minced
1 t. thyme, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ t. salt
½ c. OLIVE MILL extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except oil, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Add salt and pepper for taste.
