Movie Star Popcorn
5 T. OLIVE Mill Butter popcorn, divided
½ cup unpopped popcorn
½ t. salt
Heat 2 T. oil in a 2-3 quart saucepan or pot with a lid over medium high heat. Pour in kernels and sprinkle salt to lightly cover the kernels. As soon as kernels start to pop, shake the pan back and forth across burner constantly until popping stops. Remove from heat and drizzle more oil and salt if needed.
