Greens with Fruit and Blue Cheese
Sherry vinaigrette: ¼ c. dry sherry
2 T. OLIVE MILL raspberry balsamic or raspberry vinegar
1 T. sugar
1 T. toasted OLIVE MILL walnut oil
Salad: 8 cups bite sized mixed greens
1 medium pear, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
¼ c. finely crumbled blue cheese
In tight container, shake all vinaigrette ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Arrange salad greens, pear, strawberries and onion on 8 salad plates. Pour vinaigrette over salads. Sprinkle with cheese.
