Gingered Fruit Salsa Sundaes
½ cup raspberries or blackberries
2 T. sugar
1 small firm ripe mango, diced fine
6 large strawberries
½ cup finely diced pineapple
1 T. OLIVE MILL Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
In a bowl, crush raspberries with sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in mango, straw3berries, pineapple and balsamic. Scoop yogurt into 4 sundae dishes and spoon salsa over it.

Use 1 cup Blackberry Ginger Balsamic to marinade 2 pork tenderloins for 2-4 hours. Remove meat from marinade and grill.
