Garlic-Chive Baked Fries

4 medium russet potatoes
1 T. OLIVE MILL olive oil, such as Classic Greek
4 t. dried minced chives
½ t. salt
½ t. garlic powder
¼ t. pepper

Cut potatoes into ¼” julinned strips.  Rinse well and pat dry.  Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chives, salt, garlic powder and pepper, toss to coat.  Arrange in a single layer on two 15” x 10” baking pans coated with oil.  Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned, turning once.
