Grilled Peaches and Pound Cake

3 medium peaches, sliced
2 T. OLIVE MILL Peach Balsamic
1 loaf frozen pound cake, thawed
¼ cup packed brown sugar
2 T. OLIVE MILL Vanilla oil
6 scoops vanilla ice cream

Brush peaches with balsamic and place on a grill basket.  Grill, uncovered for 10-12 minutes until tender, stirring frequently.  Cut pound cake into six slices.  Combine brown sugar and oil in a small bowl; brush over both sides of cake slices.  Grill, uncovered over medium heat until light golden brown.  Place cake slices on serving plates and top with peaches and ice cream.
