2021 10 – Salmon Supreme with Ginger Soy Sauce

 

October Recipe of the Month 

Add rice and broccoli for a quick meal!

Salmon Supreme with Ginger Soy Sauce

2 T. flour
1 T. cornstarch
4 salmon fillets (4 oz. each)
1 T. OLIVE MILL BLOOD ORANGE OLIVE OIL
1/3 CUP OLIVE MILL BLACKBERRY GINGER BALSAMIC
2 green onions, chopped
3 T. soy sauce
2 t. honey
½ t. garlic powder

Combine flour and cornstarch.  Dip fillets in flour mixture. Drizzle blood orange oil in a nonstock skillet and add salmon, cook over medium high heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.  Remove and keep warm.  Add balsamic, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan.  Stir in remaining ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes.  Serve drizzled over salmon.  Serve with rice and broccoli for a nutritious, delicious meal!
