Spinach, Pear and Shaved Parmesan Salad4 cups fresh spinach
1 bosc pear, quartered, cored and sliced
1 oz. parmesan cheese, shaved

½ t. salt, pepper and sugar

Combine spinach, pear and cheese. For dressing whisk together remaining ingredients and drizzle over salad.
