Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
3 T. OLIVE MILL Tuscan Herb Oil
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. white wine
1 lb. linguine
2 tomatoes, chopped
6 oz. package crumbled feta cheese
In a medium skillet heat 2 T. oil. Cook shrimp, garlic and wine for 5 minutes. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes; drain. While pasta is cooking, cook tomatoes with remaining oil over medium heat in wine mixture until tender. Toss hot pasta with shrimp, sauce and feta. Serve.
