Rosemary-Thyme Potatoes
Place 4 medium red potatoes (cut into ½” cubes) and 3 T. water in a 1 ½ qt. microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Drain. Combine 5 t. OLIVE MILL Rosemary Olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ t. each salt, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Add ¼ t. pepper. Toss with potatoes. Cover and cook 1-2 minutes longer.
