Pesto Pasta with Chicken16 oz. tow tie pasta
1 T. OLIVE MILL garlic olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
1/3 c. OLIVE MILL sundried tomatoes
½ c. OLIVE MILL Pesto

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, drain. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in chicken, season with red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, tomatoes and pesto. Toss to coat evenly.
