Parmesan Broccoli

Preheat oven to 450 with a baking sheet on the lower rack.  Blanch 1 head chopped broccoli in boiling water with salt and sliced garlic for 1 minute; drain.  Toss with a splash of OLIVE MILL Olive oil, such as Picual, a handful each of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.  Place on the hot baking sheet.  Top with more cheese and breadcrumbs, roast until golden, 15 minutes.
