Mozzarella and Tomato Salad with Pear Balsamic

4 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/3″ thick
2 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/8″ thick
2 T. OLIVE MILL Pear Balsamic
1 T. OLIVE MILL olive oil
¼ t. onion powder
½ t. oregano
Salt and pepper

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices in an alternating, overlapping circular pattern around a flat dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, onion powder and oregano. Dress the salad by drizzling first with olive oil and then with vinegar. The salad can be refrigerated, dressed, for 15-30 minutes.
