Mango Avocado Salad
2 avocados
2 mangos
½ small red onion
1 T. OLIVE MILL Mango Balsamic
3 T. OLIVE MILL Lime oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together oil and balsamic with salt and pepper. Toss in mangos, avocados and red onion until they are coated evenly. Serve immediately.
