Lettuce, Avocado and Sunflower Seed Salad
½ cup OLIVE MILL olive oil
3 T. OLIVE MILL Raspberry Balsamic
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. mayonnaise
2 heads Bibb lettuce, rinsed dried and torn
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
2 avocados – peeled, pitted and sliced
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce and seeds. Toss with dressing to coat. Top with avocado and serve.
