Grilled Garlic Herb Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup OLIVE MILL olive oil
½ c. sugar
½ T. honey
½ t. OLIVE MILL saffron
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. ea. Basil, thyme, cayenne pepper and salt
½ t. dried oregano
¼ t. parsley
Pinch of sage
Place chicken in a shallow dish. In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and marinate 20-25 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat grill at medium heat. Lightly oil grates. Discard marinade the place chicken on grill. Cook for 10 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
