Green Beans Italiano
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ t. salt and pepper
2 T. OLIVE MILL Tuscan Herb Oil
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. In a large skillet, sauté onion, salt and pepper until tender. Add beans and tomatoes; heat through.
