Fall Greens with Orange Basil Vinaigrette
3 T. fresh orange juice
1 T. OLIVE MILL red wine vinegar
1/3 c. OLIVE MILL extra virgin olive oil
2 T. chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 whole oranges, peeled and sectioned
½ c. pitted whole black or green olives
4-5 c. salad greens
In a bowl or jar with tight lid, combine the orange juice, vinegar, olive oil and basil. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and shake well. In a bowl, combine the oranges, olives and greens, toss with the dressing and add additional salt and pepper to taste.
