Corn, Onion and Tomato Salad

33 oz. whole kernel corn
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large sweet onion, cut into thin strips
4 green onions, chopped
1 bunch cilantro leaves, minced
2 limes, juiced
1/3 cup White Peach Balsamic
Salt

In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, onions and cilantro.  Squeeze lime juice over mixture and mix in.  Stir in balsamic to taste.  Season with salt.  Cover and chill for an hour.  Stir before serving.
