Carmelized Baked Chicken
3 lbs. chicken wings
2 T. OLIVE MILL Garlic olive oil
½ cup soy sauce
2 T. ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Prehat oven to 375. Place chicken in pan. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken. Bake in oven for one hours, until sauce is caramelized.
