Broccoli with Parmesan and Walnuts
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons OLIVE MILL walnut oil. Add 1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets. Cook until broccoli begins to brown, about 4 minutes. Add 1 garlic clove, minced. Cook and stir about 3 minutes. Add ½ t. crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving bowl. Toss with 2 t. lemon zest, ½ oz. shaved parmesan cheese and ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts. Serve.
