Balsamic Mushrooms
1/3 cup OLIVE MILL Garlic Olive oil
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 T. Traditional Balsamic
3 T. White wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in saucepan, add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in balsamic and wine, cook 2 additional minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
