Balsamic-Glazed Green Beans
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 T. OLIVE MILL olive oil, such as Classic Greek
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. OLIVE MILL White Lemon Balsamic
¼ cup slivered almonds
Cook beans and cranberries in simmering water in skillet 4-5 minutes until tender crisp. Drain. Heat oil in skillet and add onions and sugar, cook and stir 5 minutes. Add bean mixture; cook and stir 3 minutes until heated through. Stir in balsamic, cooking one additional minute. Garnish with almonds.
