Blueberry Peach Fruit Salad with Thyme
4 peaches
4 nectarines
1 cup of blueberries
2 t. fresh, chopped thyme
1 t. grated ginger
¼ cup OLIVE MILL White Peach Balsamic
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. lemon zest
Chop up the peaches and nectarines and place them in a bowl with the blueberries. Pour balsamic over fruit. Add thyme, lemon juice and zest and ginger. Stir and cover, refrigerate one to one hour before serving.
