Balsamic and Rosemary Grilled Salmon
4 salmon fillets
3 T. Organic Oil
Sea salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. White Lemon Balsamic
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Season salmon with sea salt and place in shallow glass dish. Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic and rosemary; pour over salmon fillets to marinade. Preheat an outdoor grill and lightly oil grate. Remove salmon from marinade and remove marinade. Cook on preheated grill until fish is opaque and flakes easily, about four minutes per side.
