Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions
8 slices bacon
2 t. seasoned salt
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
4 T. OLIVE MILL Tuscan Herb Oil
Preheat oven to 400. Place the bacon in skillet and cook until lightly browned and flexible. Remove from skillet. Slice the tenderloin creating medallions. Wrap the pork tenderloin with the strips securing with toothpicks. In skillet preheat oil, cook medallions for 4 minutes per side. Place skillet in oven and bake until pork is no longer pink.
