Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
2 t. steak seasoning rub
½ cup OLIVE MILL Traditional Balsamic
½ cup OLIVE MILL Olive oil, such as Ascalana
2 lbs. boneless pork loin roast
Dissolve steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar, then stir in oil. Place pork into re-sealable plastic bag and pour marinade into bag. Squeeze out air and seal bag; marinate 2 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Place pork into glass baking dish along with the marinade. Bake in preheated oven basting occasionally until the pork reaches 145 degrees internal temperature, about 1 hour. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
