Ginger Broccoli Stir-Fry
4 cups broccoli florets
2 T. water
2 t. OLIVE MILL Sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. soy sauce
½ t. minced fresh gingerroot
Place broccoli and water in a 1 ½ qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes; drain. Stir-fry broccoli in oil in a nonstick skillet for 6-7 minutes. Add garlic, soy sauce and ginger; stir-fry 1-2 minutes longer or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
