Corn and Black Bean Salad
¼ cup OLIVE MILL Serrano Chili Honey Balsamic
2 T. OLIVE MILL Organic olive oil
½ t. each salt, pepper, cumin
3 T. chopped fresh cilantro
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
8.75 oz. can sweet corn, drained
In a small bowl, mix together balsamic, oil, and seasonings. In a large bowl, stir beans and corn. Toss with dressing and garnish with cilantro. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
