Chicken with Berry Wine Sauce
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup Merlot wine
¼ cup OLIVE MILL Strawberry Balsamic
2 T. sugar
4 6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
Salt and pepper
Combine strawberries, raspberries, merlot, balsamic and sugar. Simmer, uncovered for 25-30 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill chicken until done. Serve with sauce.
