Nut Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies
¾ c. OLIVE MILL Macadamia Nut
Oil or Roasted Walnut Oil
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
¾ c. brown sugar
¾ c. sugar
2 ¼ c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Cream first five ingredients, add
remaining ingredients. Drop on
cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees
for 12 minutes.
