Tender Pork Chops with Mango Salsa

In refrigerator, marinate 4 7 oz. bone-in pork chops in 3 T. OLIVE MILL Mango Balsamic, 1 t. salt and 1 T. OLIVE MILL olive oil, such as Greek for at least 2 hours.  Discard marinade.  Grill chops over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side until thermometer reaches 145.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.  Meanwhile, combine 2 chopped peeled mangoes, 1 cup chopped sweet onion, 1 seeded and finely chopped jalapeno pepper, 1 T. lemon juice and 2 t. honey.  Serve with pork chops.
