Jalapeno Corn Bread
1 ½ cup cornmeal
½ cup flour
6 T. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
½ t. baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
¼ cup Jalapeno olive oil
Mix together and pour into 9″ baking pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Cut into square, serve warm.
