Lime Cilantro Hummus
2 cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup water
3 T. OLIV EMILL Cilantro Oil
4 garlic cloves, halved
1/1/2 t. grated lime peel
1 t. garlic salt
½ t. cayenne pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables or crackers for serving
In a food processor combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
