Grilled Cilantro Tuna with Honey Glaze
¼ cup OLIVE MILL Cilantro oil
¼ cup lime juice
1/8 cup OLIVE MILL Mango Balsamic
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. minced fresh ginger
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 pound tuna fillets
¼ cup honey
2 T. OLIVE MILL Cilantro oil
In a medium bowl, mix together ¼ cup oil, juice balsamic, garlic and cilantro. Add fillets and turn to coat. Marinate for several hours in the refrigerator. Preheat grill to high and oil grate. In a small bowl, mix together honey, 2 T. oil and 2 T. cilantro; set aside. When grill is hot, reduce heat to low and place tuna on grate. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes. Flip fillets and close lid to sear fish. Open and continue until barely done, basting frequently with marinade. When fish is almost cooked through, brush the honey glaze over both sides of fish and remove from grill.
