Chocolate Balsamic Truffles
8 oz. good quality dark chocolate, chopped
¼ cup cream
2 T. OLIVE MILL Chocolate Balsamic
8 dried cherries
½ cup cocoa powder
Put balsamic and cherries into a small pot to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove cherries and discard, setting balsamic aside to cool. Melt chocolate and cream in double boiler. Place melted chocolate in a small bowl and add balsamic, mix well. Cool in refrigerator 1 hour. Roll mixture into 1” balls and place on parchment lined tray. Roll in cocoa powder to cover. Place in airtight container.
